১) General Service আর Project কাজের মধ্যে পার্থক্য কী?

এক–দু’দিনের ছোট কাজ বা নির্দিষ্ট service (যেমন শুধু cleaning বা শুধু electrician) হলে General Service হিসেবে ধরা হয়। একাধিক সার্ভিস, একাধিক দিন বা multi–step কাজ হলে সেটাকে Project হিসেবে প্ল্যান করা হয়।

২) কিভাবে quotation পাবো?

Online ফর্ম–এ যত বেশি clear detail দেবেন—লোকেশন, কাজের ছবি, দিনের সংখ্যা, approximate size—তত দ্রুত ও exact quotation দেওয়া সম্ভব হবে। প্রয়োজনে site visit এর মাধ্যমেও final quote করা যায়।

৩) Payment কিভাবে হয়?
